LAUNCHING A FUND

Demonstrate your commitment to taking care of your own by launching a Relief Fund in just four simple steps.

STEP ONE:
ESTABLISH

Provide the legal name of the fund sponsor, the chosen fund name, the estimated charitable class size (number of individuals who will be eligible to apply for a grant), and the email address of the person who will sign the agreements.

STEP TWO:
DONATE

Make an initial donation to support the fund's launch.

After completing this step, our Onboarding Success Manager will guide you through the onboarding process and introduce you to the dedicated Relief Fund Senior Advisor who will be your main point of contact.

STEP THREE:
CONFIGURE

Collaborate with our Onboarding Success Manager to:

Define the fund’s grant criteria & charitable class. Together, you’ll determine:

  • WHO can apply for a grant?
  • WHAT occurred to make an applicant eligible for a grant?
  • WHEN can an application be submitted?
  • HOW large of a grant can be requested?

Develop the fund’s website. Together, you’ll complete the EAF Fund Partner URL Form. Using the information provided, EAF will create a standalone fund website to house FAQs, the application link, access to donation portal, applicant support contact information, and additional resources.

STEP FOUR:
EDUCATE

With support from your Relief Fund Senior Advisor, prepare to maximize the long-term success of the program through stakeholder education and engagement.
